Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer(s) forming JVCA in accordance with respective clauses stated in the tender document and as per latest circular issued by CPTU vide memo no. IMED/CPTU/262/2011-1192 dated 26/07/2015 may participate in the tender.
2.The tenderer(s) must fulfill the following requirements-
(a) A minimum general construction experience of 5 (Five) years as mentioned in TDS.
(b) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or Sub-Contractor or Management Contractor in road construction works of similar nature in any public contract must have completed at least 01 (one) contract of value 8.5 (Eight Point five) crore BDT. The similar nature works shall consist of-
Construction of flexible pavement on any highway or equivalent standard road having completed the following items as a minimum earth work, Sub-base, Aggregate Base type I / II, DBS Base/ DBS Wearing Course/ Premix Bituminous Carpeting work. The tenderer shall have also experience of structural concrete work in Culvert/ Bridge/ Rigid pavement construction, successfully completed (Concrete class 40) in any public contract single or multiple packages within the last 05 (five) years from the date of publication IFT.
(c) Average annual construction turnover of 40 (Fourty) crore BDT over the last 05 (five) years from IFT.
(d) Minimum credit line facility 6.5 (Six Point Five) crore BDT.
(e) Minimum tender capacity of 10 (Ten) crore BDT.
(f) Requirement of lead partner of JVCA shall be at least 01 (one) contract having 100% experience as mentioned in clause (b)
(g) Ready mix concrete batching plant must be use for concrete work.
(h) All other criteria stated in the TDS.
3. All tenderer(s)/JVCA should mention their full name in the document/contract documents of the tender.
4. The tenderer shall submit item wise rate analysis to support thier quoted price.
