Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 200000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 200000 ~ 600000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Civil contractor with Second class license.
2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 2(two) years.
3) A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e building painting or metal structure painting or Transmission line painting or sub-station/ Transmission line  equipment replace & painting work   order value of minimum Tk 2(two) lac under minimum 1 (one) contracts over a period of last 2 (two) years.
4) The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4(four) lac in the best 2 (two) year.
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3 (three lac).
6) The work shall have to be completed by 60 (sixty) days .
