Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05(five)years of general experience (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper)in building Construction & Electrification works to prove the experience.
b)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01(one) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05(five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.125.00 Lac.
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.150.00 Lac over the last 05(five) years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper)
d)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amount in Tk.50.00 lac in the form of PW3-7 (only) mentioning the name of the work, supported by Bank certificate (Original copy only) Bank statement period should be counting 28 (twenty eight) days before submission of tender to be attached. In case of credit facilities, conditional Bank certificate treated as liquid assets shall not be accepted. The minimum credit facilities shall be available up to the completion of the work.
e)The tenderer must possess :i)Up to date income tax clearance certificate .ii) VAT registration certificate.iii) Up to date Trade license.iv)NID of Authorised Person
f) Satisfactory other criteria laid down in the tender data sheet of the tender documents & updated all Govt. rules of PPR should be followed.
