Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Manufacturer authorization letter shall be submitted.
2) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (Three) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.
3) The satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 20 (Twenty) Lac under maximum 2 (Two) contracts in the last 3 (three) years.
4) The tenderer shall be submitted brochure and catalog of related items.
5) Tenderer shall submit samples to the PE office and upload approved brochure and catalog of related items into e-Gp before closing of tender.
6) Manufacturer and Product ISO Certificate.
7) Tenderer shall submit up to date Import License.
8) Product Test reports from any recognized national or international agency mentioning major test parameters shall be submitted.
