Brief Description of Package: Procurement of BEAM Detector & other accessories for IPS Pump House.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1) Up to date ABC Contractor's and Supervisor's License from Electrical Licensing Board.
2) Up to date Supervisor's Fire License from Bangladesh Fire Service and Civil Defence.
3) Manufacturer authorization letter.
4) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 5 (Five) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.
5) Tenderer shall have the satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 20 (Twenty) Lac under maximum 1 (One) contract in the last 3 (three) years.
6) The tenderer shall submit brochure and catalog of related items.
7) Declaration on letterhead pad that tenderer will provide Operation, Instruction and Maintenance manuals (Must be English or Bengali).
8) Manufacturer and Product ISO Certificate.
9) Tenderer shall submit samples to the PE office and upload approved brochure and catalog of related items into e-Gp before closing of tender.
10) Declaration on letterhead pad that tender will supply all spare parts for replacement guarantee of 12 (Twelve) months and all maintenance works for warranty of 12(Twelve) months effective from the final date of completion (any without payment).
11) Declaration on letterhead pad that tenderer will supply detailed drawing as per the direction of engineer in charge after completion of instalation and commissioning.
