Tender Document Price: Tk. 2000; Tender Security: 450000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 15000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 45000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 15000000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following qualifications/capacities.
i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience in Building construction / Electrification works.
ii) Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01(One) Number of Similar works of Tk.120.00 Lac in a single tender during last five years.The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by the authority concerned/Executive Engineer of concerned department duly verified by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose Jurisdiction the work has been completed.
iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turn over during last 5(five) years Tk.850.00 Lac Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.
iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.120.00 Lac, Lac supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW3-7) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.
v) All other terms and Conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 will remain valid.
vi) The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
vii) Tenderer must have upto date ABC category contractory and supervisory licence from Electric licensing board.
viii) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 135.00 Lac.
ix) Tenderer must be able to construct both center simultaneously.
Tenderer also must have followed all other tender criteria as per ITT, TDS and PCC clauses.
