Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(A) The minimum number of years of general experience of the tenderer in the construction works as prime contractor or sub-contractor or management contractor shall be 3 years.
(B) (i) The minimum specific experience as a prime contractor or sub contractor or management contractor in successful completion of at least one number of contact with similar nature of Tk, 20.00 lac (Tweenty lac) in a single contract in government/semi-government/autonomous organization of bangladesh during last 5 years.
(C) The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 3 financial years of Tk. 100.00 lac (BDT One crore only).
(D) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Taka 30.00 (Thirty) Lac. Document of liquid assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional liquid asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of bank for line of credit to the tenderer in favour of the work in the form PW2a-3.
(E) The tenderer must possess:
(i) Up-to-date Income tax clearance certificate.
(ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
(iii) Up-to-date trade license.
(F) Tenderer having quoted the tender price more than 10% above or below the official estimated cost, the tender will be rejected.
(G) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 25.00 lac only.
