Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 30833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 92500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 30833333 ~ 92500000.

Eligibility criteria:
Any tenderer(s) who fulfill the requirements stated in TDS.
* During evaluation if the quoted rate by any tenderer is found more than 5(Five) percent less/above than the Official Estimated price, then it is mandatory to submit Rate Analysis when asked by the Procuring Entity and if the quoted rate by any tenderer is found more than 10(Ten) percent less/above than the Official Estimated price, then the respective tenderer will be revoked from the tender.
NB:
a) The Tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding the tender.
b) If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind is determined against any Tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 4 of Standard Tender Document.
c) As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system- Tenderer's Database Management System (TDMS).
d) All Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personnel list etc.) must be available in the web-based TDMS of RHD as mapped in the e-GP Tenders so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.
e) If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
f) A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
