* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 266666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 800000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
a) Tenderers must be registration on e-GP system.
b) Tenderers must be 1st class enlisted civil contractor having valid ABC licence from licencing board of Govt. of Bangladesh.
c) 1st class civil reputed contractor/construction firm who have minimum 5 (five) years general experience in construction and renovation of related work.
d) Tenderer must have satisfactory work completion certificate which contract value is equal to 1.5 Lakhs of single contract over a period during last 5 (five) years shall be required , more required the certificate issued from previous employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer under whom the work was done.
e) Tenderer must have upto date income tax (e-TIN) clearance, VAT registration and trade licence.
f) Liquid assets/availability of funds and/or credit facilities from bidder's banker(s) equal to 3 Lakhs to successfully complete the contract
g) Average annual volume of construction turn over equal to 3 lakhs.
