Eligibility criteria:
(A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of similar nature of works worth not less than Tk. 6.00 (Six) Lakh in a single work order/tender in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years in standard work completion format attached in STD.
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. 6.00 (Six) Lakh.
(D) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e. working capital/creditline of the tenderer shall be Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lakh only, supported by Bank certificate against the name of the work in the form of PW2a-3 (Line of Credit) only, counted 28 (Twenty Eight) days before from the date of opening of tender. otherwise tenderer will be considered as non-responsive.
(E) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
(F) Having sufficient equipment and manpower to commence all the works.
(G) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
(H) Submitted documents in tender information forms must be relevant and according to specifications of Standard Tender Document.
