Eligibility criteria:
Any/All Tenderers who have registration in e-GP system may participate in the Tender provided they Satisfied the criteria as stated in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
a) The Tenderer shall be evaluated based on the latest revision of PPA-2006 and PPR-2008.
b) The Tenderer must upload rate analysis in support of their quoted rates if the total quoted prise is more than 5.00% above/less of the engineers estimate.
c) As per consent of CPTU, the tenderer shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system-TDMS/TCIS.
d) A Tenderer not having sufficent information in the TDMS System may be evaluated as ineligible

1) Total number of Works Contract successfully completed within only PE's Organization during last 5 years (supported by Completion Certificate)
2) Total Value of works Contract successfully completed within onty PEs organization during last 5 years (supported by Completion Certificate)
3) Total value of On-going works and current commtment (s) under all PEs Organization as shown in tender Capacity Fromula (supported by Contract Agreement/Notice of Proceed)
