Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tendered in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 5(Five) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of Pre-cast pile for Building Construction Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT, in a single contract of minimum value at least Tk 25 lakh. (Work order &completion certificate must be enclosed).
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk Tk.30 lakh Total construction turnover shall be greater than .Tk.150 lakh, over the last 5 (Five) years.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 20 Lakh within the period of 28 days before the submission of tender(s).
e) The tenderer must have up to date valid trade license, VAT-Registration certificate, TIN-Certificate and NID.
f) Any alteration, modification or cancellation of e-tender, no extra claim will be entitled.
g) The tenderer who have not completed the work within the stipulated time in any valid reason, those contractor will not be considerd as a responsive bidder.
h) The Procuring Entity (PE) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenderes without assigning any reason whatsoever.
i).The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Stated in TDS.
