Tender Security: 780000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 26000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 78000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 26000000 ~ 78000000.
Eligibility criteria:
All tenderers in Bangladesh registered in National e-GP System, who fulfills the qualification
criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
Note:
a. The Rules, Regulation & Acts (including all amendments) of "The Public procurement Regulation 2008" must be applied on contractors.
b. All other information is in Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
c. Location & Position of TW depends on Procuring Entity (PE). No objection will grant for this purpose.
d. Procuring Entity (PE) reserve the rights to subtract, modify and cancel the whole tender procedure without showing any reason.
e. No treatment plant will be constructed If water quality test report within Bangladesh standard limit. In this case PART K of BOQ will be zero.
f. PART K of BOQ must not be less than 10% of its cost. If any tenderer quoted rate of PART K is less than 10% of its cost he/she will be non-responsive without any query. The total cost of PART K is Tk- 6414888.75
g. Pipe line network will be done after completion of Production Tube well and Treatment Plant (if necessary).
h. After completion of all construction work and distribution line the operation of the plant, all types of maintenance and water distribution to the consumer will be maintained by the tenderer till 18 (Eighteen) month. The electric bill, operation cost, security guard salary, chemical cost etc. will be bear by the tenderer.
i. After successful completion of operation of 18 (Eighteen) Month the tenderer will Hand over it to the local committee.
j. It is to be noted that quoted boring rate should be increased proportionately accroding to the depth of the well, otherwise tender would be consider non-responsive without acceptable clarification.
