Brief Description of Package: Construction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Court Building of 64 District Head Quarter in Bangladesh (1st Phase) 1(One) at panchagarh. (Sub-Head:- Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of split type aircooler and lighting arrester, CCTV of Chief Judicial Magistrate court building at Panchagarh under PWD division , Panchagarh , during the year 2021-2022.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2400000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer shall be 05 years.
b) The minimum specific experience as Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of split type aircooler and lighting arrester, CCTV of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 5 years,with a value of at least Tk.25.00 lac under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization (in case of Private Organization, the Certificate shall be given by an owner of that Organization) other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified by the concern Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover
during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. 25.00 lac
d) The Tenderer must posses: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License.
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate. (iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate.
(iv) Up-to-date valid ABC Electrical Contractory & Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board
e) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line (s) of the tenderers shall be Tk.20.00 lac only by any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified form (PW2a-3) without alteration issued not earlier than 28 days.
