Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. Tederer Should have Similar Working Experiences with govt/semi govt/autonomous/public utility.
2. A Programme & Work Schedule must be submitted for this Works within 07 days through Engineer-Incharge to PE after signing of the Contract.
3. As per work schedule, after execution of work, Measurement Certificate should be prepared & Signed by Engineer-Incharge & Contractor.
4. Before submitting the tender the tenderer is to be aware to submit a Consent Letter to PE so that he is aware of this. Failure to submit the consent letter will disqualify the tenderer.
5. Valid Trade License, Income Tax Certificate, VAT, TIN.
b) The documents to be furnished by the Supplier shall be as follows:
1) Manufacturer or the Authorized distributor of the required item (Supporting Document)
Or in the case of Supplier, the tenderer must submit authorization letter from the manufacturer/authorized distributor in their submitted tender.
2) The documents to be furnished by the Supplier as follows:
c) The warranty policy is:
1) The period of validity of the goods Warrenty shall be as per manufacturer warrenty certificate but not less than 02(Two) years.
2) Supplier has to submit the manufacturer warranty certificate/ card in favour of GMD, Dhaka (East), PGCB before commissioning the goods.
3) Solar system Service warrenty will be retain minimum 2 years after successfull commissioning.
4) Suppliers retention money 5% will be released after 01(One) year on successfully operation from the date of successfull commissioning and rest 5% will be released after completion of Service warrenty.
