Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 22633333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 67900000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 22633333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
(a)The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be (5) years.
(b) The minimum specific experience in construction works of at least one [1)] contract(s) of construction works of Underground Cable installation including HDD successfully completed within the last Three( 3) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 135 lac,
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than tk 2 (two)
crore over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the
Tenderers shall be Tk. 86.00 Lac.
(e) The minimum Tender capacity shall be : 180 Lac.
(f).Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) Machine owenrship or lease/rent/hire documents.
(g). Joint Venture not allowed.
(h). Others Eligibillty criteria mentioned in Tender Document.
