Eligibility criteria:
All tenderer enlisted in e-GP having following qualification:
a) Up to date VAT registration
b) Up to date income tax Certificate.
c) Up to date Trade license
d) Nationality Certificate.
e) Authorization letter
F) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 3.93 Lakh (Taka Three lakh ninety three thousand) Only under 01(One) of contract over a period of 5(Five) years shall be required.
g) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 4.25 Lakh (Taka Four lakh twenty five thousand) Only over the last 3 (Three) years.
h) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 4.25 Lakh (Taka Four lakh twenty five thousand) Only.
i) The final decision about the lowest responsive tenderer will be taken according to the recommendation of TEC.
j) The tenderer’s quoted price of 10 percent above or below of the official estimate will be considered as non-responsive.
k) Rule 27(2) of PPR-2008 will be apply in case of front loading.
l) Rule 98(31) in case of approximately equivalent quoted rate of Tenderer.
