Eligibility criteria:

b) Up to date Income Tax Certificate.
c) Vat Registration Certificate.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 23.00 Lakh in the form of PW2a-3 mentioning the name of the work
e) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 38.00 Lakh over the last Five (05) years.[ Only payment certificate (year 2017-18,2018-19,2019-20,2020-21,2021-22) must be submitted in support of fulfilling the requirements, Works completion certificate will be not accept ; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
f)The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least One (01) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 63.00 Lakh.
g) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Ten (10) years.[Copy of work orders & corresponding work completion certificates must be submitted in support of fulfilling the requirement , Without Copy of work orders & corresponding work completion certificates general experienc will be not accept.
