6. The bidder must have experience on completion of grounding system/grounding system renovation/grounding system repair & maintenance works in 33kV or higher voltage subststion under Power Division enlisted Organization or any Government Organization.
7. Valid Bid security.
8.Documentary evidence of Average Annual Construction Turnover (work completion certificate is mandatory).
9. Documentary evidence of liquid assets (Bank Statement/ Bank Solvency certificate).
10. The bidder shall submit a letter of consent that they have no litigation history.
11.All other criteria laid down in the TDS and PCC.
