Eligibility criteria:
All e-GP registered potential tenderers are eligible to submit tender provided may fulfilled the criteria in respect of legal, technical & financial are describe in the TDS (Tender Data Sheet) of tender document.
(1) A satisfactory completion of similar work (Boundary Wall including boundary Gate, ACP Framing, Gurad Room, Tiles Work & Electrical work) for an amount of minimum Tk. 28 (Twenty Eight) Lakh under a single of contract over a period of 5 (five) years shall be required. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the Website
(2) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than TK 100.00 Lakh over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal ( see details in Tender Documents)
(3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities and bank statement of the Tenderer shall be Tk 45.00 Lakh before tender closing date.
(4) In liquid Asset Certificate & submitted update authorized letter must mentioned this tender ID and / or the name of work.
(5) Documents regarding annual construction turnover must be submitted in the form of year-wise payment certificate from the respective PEs or from the income Tax office .
(6) Necessary informations are described in TDS
(7) Payment is subjected to availability of Fund
