* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 70000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 210000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 70000000 ~ 210000000.

Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenders as mentioned below: The Tenderer shall have
(1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works / Electromecanical works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 (Five) years.
(2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 550 Lac under 01 (one) Number of contract over a period of 5 years in any Government / Semi Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. In case of the works done under government / Semi government/ autonomous organization other than PWD the Certifying authority shall be an Officer not bellow the rank Of executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concern executive engineer of PWD of the District under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
(3) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1040 Lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.
(4) The minimum amount of liquid asset i.e credit line(s) shall be Tk. 210 Lakh.
(5) The minimum Tender capacity shall be; Tk. 625 Lakh.
(6) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh must submitted.
(7) Required document as mentioned in TDS.
