Eligibility criteria:
(a) Reputed supplier who have a minimum 03 (Three) years of general experience in the supply of
related Goods counting backward form the date of tender publication in newspaper.
(b) Having experience in successful completion/execution of at least 01 (one) number of similar
nature of Goods, worth not less than Tk. 10.00 (Ten) Lakh in a single work order worth in
Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 03 (Thre)
years. Years counting backward form the date of publication of tender in newspaper.
(c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or free cash fund or credit line(s), of the tenderer Tk.
10.00 (Ten) Lakh. Bank documents in support of liquid asset must be submitted. Incase of credit
line facilities, specific format (PG2-5/ PG3-8) to be used by the bank without altering/ modifying
any word/ sentence and adding any condition. The issue date of documents should be after the
publication date of IFT in eGP portal.
(d) Tender Security is Tk 32,000.00 (Thirty Two Thousand Taka Only) to be issued in
favor of Treasurer, BRUR, Rangpur.
(e) Up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration certificate.
