Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
(A) Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 05(Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
(B) Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 1(one) number of RCC Building construction work worth not less than Tk.60.00 (Sixty) lac in a single work order/tender in Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five)years.
(C) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amounting of Tk. 150.00 (One Hundred Fifty) Lac.
(D) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid asset) ie. working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk.50.00 (Fifty) Lac only. Adequacy of minimum liquid assets or credit line(s) substantiated by any schedule Bank of Bangladesh in the format as specified (Form PW3-7), without alternation or addition, issued not earlier than twenty-eight (28) days prior to the day of original deadline for submission of Tenders (original copy only).
(E) The Minimum amount of tender capacity shall be Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) Lac as per formula stated in TDS.
(F) Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate
(G) Up-to dated ABC category contractory& Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, GoB.
(H) Having sufficient steel shuttering matarials and equipment to commence all building at a time.
(I) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2, Section-4 & Section-8) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
