Eligibility criteria:
1) The Minimum number of years of general experience for this work shall be 5 (Five) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal)
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor number 1(one) contract completion of similar works within the last 5(five) years, each with a value of at least Tk.11.00 (eleven) Lac . Years counting backward from the date of publications of IFT in e-GP portal.
3) The tenderers shall work submit total annual construction turnover value at least Tk.17.00 (Seventeen) Lac .shall be 5 (Five) years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP portal)
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facillities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 8.00 (Eight) Lac of any date in publication of IFT in e-GP portal.
5) In liquid Asset Certificate & submitted update authorized letter, the tenderer must mention this tender ID and /or the name of work.
6) If the Quoted rate deviates more than Ten percent (10%) compared to the estimate cost then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis.
