Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 33333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 100000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 33333333 ~ 100000000.
Eligibility criteria:
A) The reputed tenderer shall have minimum 5 years of general experience in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lift and escalator.
B) Satisfactory completion of similar nature of lift supply, installation, testing and commissioning worth not less than Tk. 250.00 Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ Semi Government/Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization (Criteria of work certificate authentication is described in special terms and conditions of STD) of Bangladesh during last 5 years.
C) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 600.00 lakh in the last 5 (Five) years.
D) The minimum amount of liquid asseti.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 100.00 lakh only.
E) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 300.00 lakh only.
F) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10% (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
G) Up-to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate .
H) Up-to date ABC/BC class contractor and Supervisory License issued from Electrical licensing Board.
I) All other conditions as mentioned in TDS, Section-2 , Section-4 and special terms & conditions as well as detailed specification uploaded in section-8 of tender documents must be fulfilled.
