Eligibility criteria:
a) Who have experience of same nature of work Tk.As per TDS. and ITT clause in a single work order which is successfully completed during the last 5 (five) years. Year will be counted backwardly from the date of publication of Tender notice.
b) Who have average annual turnover of Tk.As per TDS. and ITT clause for the last five years. Year will be counted backwardly from the date of publication of Tender notice.
c) Required liquid asset As per TDS.
d) Who have minimum 5 (five) years of general experience in supply of goods.
e) Who have minimum tender capacity not less than his/her tender price.
f) Contractors who are submit bids at abnormally higher/lower than the official estimated cost will not be acceptable without satisfactory explanation and rate analysis.
g) Who have up to date Trade License.
h) Who have up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
i) Who have up to date VAT Registration Certificate.
j) If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
k) According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
l) Satisfying all other criteria laid down in the TDS & PCC.
