Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer must have at least 03 (Three) years general experience as a supplier of similar goods to renowned organizations including government entity;
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (One) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 20.00 Lakh
3. Updated Bank Solvency Certificate mentioning working capital/credit line minimum liquid asset TK 20.00 Lakh;
4. If the bidder is not the manufacturer of the product for which he/she is submitting tender, then he/she must submit manufacturer authorization letter from the manufacturer to sell their products in Bangladesh;
5. Tenderer also must submit the following documents with the tender submission:
a) Trade license 2020-21 or Latest;
b) Income Tax Clearance Certificate 2019-20 or latest.
c) VAT Registration Certificate;
d) e-TIN Certificate
e) Company Profile (if any)
f) National ID of authorized Person/ supplier;
g) Three (03) Samples to be submitted by bidder at project office before closing the tender;
