Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 25000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 75000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 25000000 ~ 75000000.

Eligibility criteria:
As per TDS/STD.
Special Condition :
1.All cost of survey, Drawing and Design will be bear by the Tenderer.
2. No treatment plant will be constructed If water quality test report within Bangladesh standard limit. In this case PART K of BOQ will be zero.
3. PART K of BOQ must not be less than 10% of its cost. If any tenderer quoted rate of PART K is less than 10% of its cost he/she will be non-responsive without any query. The total cost of PART K is Tk- 6414888.75
4. Pipe line network will be done after completion of Production Tube well and Treatment Plant (if necessary).
5. After completion of all construction work and distribution line the operation of the plant, all types of maintenance and water distribution to the consumer will be maintained by the tenderer till 18 (Eighteen) month. The electric bill, operation cost, security guard salary, chemical cost etc. will be bear by the tenderer.
6. After successful completion of operation of 18 (Eighteen) Month the tenderer will Hand over it to the local committee.
7. The retention money will be released after handover of the piped water supply scheme.
