Brief Description of Package: Supply, Installation and Commissioning of Deep Tube Well Pump-Motor Set with its Electrical Panel Box & 3-Phase Cables, Large Flow Filter Cartridge of RO System, Back Pressure Valves of Raw Water Dosing System and Supply of Manual Fork Lifts, Drum Lifter, Safety & Cleaning Materials.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3000000 ~ 9000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. All E-gp registered tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the Employer may submit tenders providing they otherwise qualify.
2. The bidder must mention the brand name, model,manufacturing company's name and country of origin of their specifiedgoods at section: 05 (Form e-PG3-4).
3.In case of other factory products bidder's specified product have to satisfy all the technical parameter that described at section: 05 (Form e-PG3-4).
4. The bidder have to submit a satisfactory complition experience certificate of supplying water treatment plant related goods(submersible pump/dosing pump/ filter/valve or various types of pipe fittings) at any Power Plant in Bangladesh of minimum 30(thirty) lakh taka in a single or double contract at last 03(three) years the counting date will be start from the opening date of tender.
5.The bidder have to submit the factory /mill test result for pump motor set (item:01).
7. The bidder have to submit the Product catalogue of manufacturing company for pump motor set (item:01).
8.The bidder have to submit the manufacturer authorization letter for item no:01,02 and 04 (Deep Tube Well Pump-Motor Set, Its Panel Box and Large Flow Filter Cartridge of RO System).
9.The bidder have to submit the warrenty certificate from manufacturer for item no:01,02 and 04 (Deep Tube Well Pump-Motor Set, Its Panel Box and Large Flow Filter Cartridge of RO System).
10.For item no: 04,05,06,07,44,46 and 47 picture has been given at section :06 the bidder specified product will be as same as the picture.
11.For item no: 01,02,03,04,46 and 47 the bidder have the capability to install and commission as per direction and satisfaction of PE's office.
12.Other condition is described in details at section:02(Tender data sheet).
