Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 33266666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 99800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 33266666 ~ 99800000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier/Contractor shall be 05 years.
b) The minimum specific experience as contractor/supplier of similar nature of supply of goods (Lifts) of BDT 320.00 lac at a single contract successfully completed within last 5 years, under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concerned Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of the work done under any Govt/ Semi Govt./Autonomous Bodies/Private Organization (in case of Private Organization, the Certificate have to be given by owner of that Organization) other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same certificate will be duly verified and authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 340.00 lac.
d) The Tenderer must posses: (i) Up-to-date valid Trade License. (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate. (iii) Valid VAT registration Certificate. (Up to date 9 Digit BIN) (iv) Up-to-date valid ABC Electrical Contractory& Supervisory License from Electrical Licensing Board.
e) The Tenderer must submit: Manufacturer Authorization/ Dealership/Agencyship
f) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents.
