Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:

2. Up to Date TIN certificate.
3. Up to Date VAT registration certificate.
4. Affidavit certificate (ownership deed).
5. Bank solvency certificate.
6. Up to Date ABC electric license.
7. Documentary evidence similar work experience ITT clause-15.1
8. Valid Bid security.
9. Documentary evidence of Average Annual Construction Turnover.
10. Documentary evidence of liquid assets (Bank Statement/ Bank Solvency certificate).
11. Evidence of Tender Capacity ITT clause-16.1
12. The bidder shall submit a letter of consent that they have no litigation history.
13. Site visit report with signature of work in-charge (Assistant Engineer, Maniknagar 230kV grid substation) or nominee of PE
14. Documentary evidence of the major construction equipments as per ITT clause-18.1
15.All other criteria laid down in the TDS and PCC.
