Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 16000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Payment may require more than two years. No claim of interest for delaying of payment will be entertained.
2. Spoil earth management will be followed as per instruction of Engineer in Charge.
3. Quantity of tender item may increase or decrease.
4. Prework or Postwork will be taken by taskforce and BWDB's concern engineer in charge. Final payment will be made on the measurement taken by taskforce.
5. The selected contractor will hand over total work site at a time. No scope to handover site partly.
6. Silt will be removed by contractor until the final measurement is taken by taskforce. Otherwise final post work measurement will be taken above the silt.
7. The contractor will bear the expense to remove of illegal occupancy/structure if remain besides the khal.
8 Cost of interim and post work survey and video beyond schedule (if applicable) will be borne by contractor.
9. The design may be changed/altered/revised.
10. All the liability of contractor personnel will be borne by contractor.
11. Earthen Dyke will be constructed by excavated earth along the River/Canal sides considering the existing surrounding & land propietorship as per direction of engineer in Charge. No financial claim for construction of earthen Dyke will be allowed.
12. Contract will be terminated if contractor's personnel is involved in any kind of unauthorized/illegal financial transaction from the locals during eviction work.
