* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 10000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 30000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 10000000 ~ 30000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1). Five (05) Year's Experience as a supplier of Electrical Goods/Equipments/similar items. Or Ten (10) years of production record as a manufacture for each of similar items. A satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods & works of at least Tk BDT 80 Lac under 2 of contract(s) in the last 3 years in any Government/Semi Government/Autonomous/State Owned Company/Corporation Body/Board.
2). The documents to be furnished by the Supplier shall be as: Manufacturer or the Authorized distributor of the required items (Supporting Document). In this connection supply record in manufacturer's letter head pad for simillar items has to be submitted, mentioning the contract reference, delivery dates etc. This Supply record shall be duly signed by the manufacturer/manufacturer's authorized representative.
3). A Programme & Work Schedule must be submitted for this Works within 07 days through Engineer-Incharge to PE after signing of the Contract.
4). Before submitting the tender the tenderer has to be awared about to submit/upload a Consent Letter along with bid documents so that he is aware of this particulars. Failure to submit the consent letter will disqualify the tenderer.
5).Tenderer should submit the Manufacturer's warranty certificate along with the bid documents .
6). Valid Trade License, Income Tax Certificate, VAT Certificate, TIN as applicable by PPR.
