Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 9666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 29000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 9666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents:
1. Must submit the updated valid Tax, VAT, TIN, Trade Licenses.
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract(s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 80,00,000.00 (Eighty Lac).
4. Tenderer must have the capacity to execute construction works within the stipulated time as mentioned in TDS (Winner must sign a declaration letter before contract agreement).
5. Tenderer must have the ability to maintain monthly progress as per approved work plan (Winner must sign a declaration letter before contract agreement).
6. ABC Category Electrical Supervisory License from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.
7. Bank Solvency Certificate.
8. Experience / Work Completion Certificates (Description of Works, Authority, Final Billing Amount) from Government, Semi Government, Autonomous Body/organization or Sector Corporations. On Going Work Status & Date of Completion.
9. Tender security will be prepared from the bank registered with e-GP system in favor of the "Further Development of Dhaka University of Engineering & Technology" either in the form of a bank draft or pay order or Bank Guarantee.
