Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 461600.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1384800 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 461600 ~ 1384800.
Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer shall have a minimum of three years of General experience.
The tenderers must have to submit up to date income tax clearance certificate from the NBR with TIN.
The tenderers must have to submit up to date income tax acknowledgement paid recite from the NBR.
The tenderers must have to submit up to date VAT Registration Certificate with the NBR.
The tenderers must have to submit up to date valid Trade License.
The Tenderers shall have minimum Liquid assets or cash flow/Credit facilities shall be Tk. 5 [five] Lakh.
The tenderers must furnish all necessary supporting document mention in tender Data sheet.
Any type of unethical and any conflict with Government rules should be considered as a crime contractor is liable for it.
Any type of damage of equipment liability lies on contractor.
The payment will be done as per actual works. It may not be the full contract price.
The contractor has to return used cupper wire & bearing which are used in the motors.
The repair & maintenance work, re-winding & bearing change works of a motor will be accepted after satisfactory testing commission of the motor by the PE.
