Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2533333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7600000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 years.
2) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of carrying, installation, laying, testing & commissioning of 33/11/6.35KV Sub-Marine Cable through Horizontal Directional drilling (HDD) method for river crossing minimum length upto 0.3 km under a single contract sucessfully completed within the last 05 (five) years with a total value of at least Tk 15 lakh.
3) The bidder shall have experienced sub-marine cable laying & installed Foreman & Supervisor. Necessary Institutional Certificate from Government/Same- Government/Autonomous Organization must be furnished with the Bid Proposal.
4) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 65 Lakh over the period of best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
5)The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.15 Lakh.
6) Other requirement including necessary Tools/Equipment.
7) Joint Venture, Consortium or Association (JVCA): Not Applicable.
