Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Minimum 5 years of general experience in Construction works.
b)Tenderer Must have up to date income tax clearance certificate, Valid VAT registration certificate, up to date trade license, upto date Special Class/ Class one (Combined) License.
c) Minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 110.00 lac(One Hundred and ten Lac Tk Only)during last 5 Years. Construction Turnover must be supported by the total certified payments received for contracts in progress or completed under Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh.Turnover cerificates from NBR shall be submitted by the tenderer..
d)Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be Tk 40.00 lac (Forty Lac Tk only).Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed from for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per from PW2a-3 of tender and contact forms.
e) Minimum specific experience in construction works of at least 1 contract of similar nature/RCC construction work, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully , each with a value of at least Tk. 40.00 Lac (Forty Lac Tk only) in Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh during the last 5 years.
f) All Payment/ Experience Certificates must be submitted in specified format instructed by Bangladesh Goverment that is issue date, issue Number/code Certifier's name, address , contact number, email ID must be mentioned in all certificates. In case of work done under Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies/Organizations of Bangladesh other than PWD the certifing authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
