Eligibility criteria:
Bangladeshi National All tenderers who are enlisted in e-GP and full filled the terms and conditions as stated in the tender data sheet. Conditions given vide Memo No.215, Chief Engineer, RHD Dated: 06.08.2017
1. Eligibility of Tenderers in respect of legal, technical and financial capacity stated in tender data sheet (TDS).
2. (A) All tenderers registered in e-GP are eligible to participate in the tender if they are otherwise quligied.
(B) Tenderers are qualified as per qualification criteria specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
(C) All Tender shall be strictly evaluated on the basis of Rule-98(8), Rule- 98(13) & Rule- 98(23) of The Procurement Rules-2008.
(D) Tenderer's rates must be logical with the Prevailing Market Price.
Otherwise their tender shall not be considered for Evaluation.
3. It is mandatory to individually upload the CMS System Completion Certificates. If Work Done Certificate is uploaded it shall have contract Number of every contract. It shall be in PDF file.
4. Only work is going during the IFT Publication will be considered as ongoing work. Otherwise the work will not be considered as ongoing work and it is required to upload the contract agreement or Notice to Commence. NOA & Money Receipt will not be considered as ongoing work. In case of extended time, related documents shall be uploaded.
5. Up to date Terms & Condition as stated in PPR 2008 and PPR 2006 will be followed.
NB: 1. The Tenderer shall maintain highest ethics in providing information regarding the tender.
2. If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind is determined against any Tenderer, then measures shall be taken as per ITT clause 3 of Standard Tender Document.
