* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 100000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 300000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
All tenderers regardless of whether enlisted or not enlisted with the employer may submit Tenders provided that they are qualified as per Qualification Criteria Specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document.
1. As per ITT 43.3 Tenders having quoted the offer in percentage is more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimated of the proposed works, shall be rejected..
2. In case of JVC Experience Certificates (Similar work experience, Turnover etc) submission, the tenderer must submit the documents (Joint Venture Agreement etc) in favour of percent share among the all Joint Venture partners
3. A list of year-wise breakdown of turnover must be submitted with the payment certificate. Failing to submit the mentioned documents/certificates, tender will not be evaluated.
4. Tenderer must submit the ownership/lease documents/agreements of their plants & equipments
5. For submission of any false information and documents shall consider the Tenderer Non-Responsive and be De-barred.

a) As per consent of CPTU, The Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP System with the help of online database system TDMS.
b) Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, equipment list (own or rented), personal list etc.) of the tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be available in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.
c) If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, The information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
d) A Tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
