Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 200000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 600000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 200000 ~ 600000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Minimum of 5 years of general experience .
b)Valid Trade License, Up to date TIN Certificate, VAT Certificate, ABC Certificate, Supervisory license and income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
c)The Tenderers must have a minimum average annual Construction Turnover of Tk. 22.00 (Twenty two) Lac Only during last 5 Years. Payment certificates, contract agreements of payment certificates and work completion certificates received from Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies of Bangladesh must be submitted for calculation of construction turnover.
d) The minimum specific experience in supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Generator with related electrification works of similar nature, complexity and methods,in a single contract with a minimum amount of Tk. 10.00 (Ten) lac only, successfully completed within the last 5 years for each lot under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous bodies in Bangladesh.
e) Minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital of the Tenderer shall be Tk.18.00 (Eighteen) Lac only. Prescribed form of line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PW2b-3(enclosed in section 8, Perticular specification) of tender and contact forms and must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
f) In case of work done under PWD the certifing authority will be Exective Engineer. In case of work done under Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous bodies/Organizations of Bangladesh other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer.
