Eligibility criteria:
The Tenderer or in case of JV Tender, all partners shall have minimum 05 (Five) years of General Experience.
The Tenderer or in case of JV Tender, at least one partner shall have experience for executing contracts (either completed or running contract at least one year) related to Commercial Support Services (meter reading, bill distribution, meter installation, disconnection, re-connection, service connection & re-dressing, meter replacement etc.) in any electricity distribution utility in Bangladesh within last 05 (Five) years aggregated contract value of which shall be at least Taka 1,60,00,000.00 (One Crore Sixty Lakh) under maximum 03 (Three) nos. of contracts to be supported by evidence from end users.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments of the tenderer is Taka 55,00,000.00 (Fifty-Five Lakh).
The required average annual turnover over the last 03 (Three) years shall be greater than Taka 1,60,00,000.00 (One Crore Sixty Lakh).
A Tenderer or a partner of JVCA, can participate in maximum 02 (Two) nos. of CSS Tenders (NOCS Adabor, Banasree, Bangshal, Bashabo, Jurain, Maniknagar, Matuail, Mogbazar, Narayanganj (East), Narayanganj (West), Shitalakhya, Siddhirganj) and will not be awarded more than one CSS contract.
A Tenderer or a partner of JVCA who has a running CSS contract in any NOCS under DPDC cannot participate in the Tender for that NOCS.
