Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 7500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2500000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
BSTI approved Manufacturer / Supplier having own factory / refilling facilities with minimum 03 (three) years of general experience as Supplier can participate in this tendering process. Years will be counted backward from the date of pulication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT) in the e-GP portal.
 The minimum specific experience of Tenderer in Manufacturing / supplying as well as refilling of fire extinguisher to Power Plant / Power Sector companies / KPI Sub-stations / Govt./ Semi-Govt./ Autonomous bodies / Multinational Companies / Bank / Govt. Owned Companies within the last 3 (three) years with an aggregated total value of at least Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen) lakh only. Years  will be counted backward from the date of pulication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT) in the e-GP portal.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit facility from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh, net of other contractual commitments shall be Tk. 13.00(Thirteen lakh) only.
Any other documents to be submited as mentioned in the Tender Documents.
