Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 40000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 120000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 40000000 ~ 120000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Reputed Contractors/ Construction/ Supply, Installation and commissioning firms who have a minimum of five (5) years of general experience in construction works.
b) The minimum specific experience as Construction/ Supply, Installation and commissioning of sewerage treatment plant at least 2 (two) contracts successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least BDT 200.00 (Two hundred) lakh each. In the case of private sector experience, the supplier must submit the vetted certificate by the concerned PWD Executive Engineer whose jurisdiction covers the area of work.
c) The minimum running sewerage treatment plant is 01 (One) no. per year for the last 03 (Three) years; each capacity not less than 200m3/day.
d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction/ Supply, Installation and commissioning turnover during the last 5 (five) financial years of Tk.400.00 (Four Hundred) lakh.
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the supplier shall be BDT 300.00 (Three hundred) lakh in the form e-PW 3-5
f) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 300.00 (Three hundred) lakh.
g) The tenderer must possess i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, ii) Valid VAT registration certificate, iii) Up-to-date trade license, iv) Up-to-date ABC Category Contractor and supervisory license from electricity licensing board, Government of Bangladesh.
h) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the tender data sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
i) Special Terms & Conditions for this project must be followed by the tenderer as described in the respective section of the Tender documents
j) Minimum 60 out of 100 Score to be obtained to be technically qualified as stated Tender Data Sheet (Section-D).
