Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2166666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2166666 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
All tenderers registered in National e-GP System in Bangladesh , who fulfill the qualification criteria as specified in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of the Tender Document. The following conditions shall be considered:
a. The tenderer must submit up to date authorization letter for submission against this tender ID.
b. If the quoted rate of any item deviates more than five percent (5%) compared to the RHD Rate Schedule 2019, then the tenderer must enclose rate analysis following RHD standard format in support of the quoted rate of that item with the tender.
c. Tenderer should mention the full name of his/her firm (No abbreviation is allowed). In case of JV, All the partners should have the experience of similar nature of work individually.
d. Supplying Ready made Asphalt concrete products must be from Asphalt Batching Plants.
e. Location of Asphalt Batching Plant is to be considered in the evaluation of this tender.
Note:
1. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenders shall be evaluated in the e-GP system with the help of online database system- TDMS.
2. Qualification information and evidences (such as work experience certificates, on-going works list, payment certificates for construction turnover, , personnel list etc of the Tenderers as mapped in the e-GP Tenders must be availalble in the TDMS system so that TEC can evaluate the tenders digitally within short period of time.
3. If there is any conflicting information in TDMS and e-GP, the information provided in the e-GP system shall prevail.
4. A tenderer not having sufficient information in the TDMS system may be evaluated as ineligible.
5. Evaluation Sheet generated by TDMS shall be uploaded into the e-GP system by the TEC All other information are available in TDS.
