Brief Description of Package: Installation of Medical Gas Pipeline system at Lalmonirhat Sadar Hospital.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 23000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
i) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Medical Gas Pipeline works as Contractor shall be 5 (five) years.
ii) The minimum specific experience as a Contractor in Medical Gas Pipeline works of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature Medical Gas Pipeline work successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least Tk 60.00 lac only.
iii) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 180.00 lac in the last 5 (Five) years.
iv) The minimum amount of liquid asseti.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 30.00 lac only.
v) The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk 70.00 lac only.
vi) Tenderers shall submit with its tender the following additional documents:
a) Updated income tax clearance certificate.
b) Valid VAT registration certificate.
c) Updated Trade license.
d) Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electricity Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
e) The tenderer must submit the letter of Acceptance of the WB's Anticorruption Guidelines and Sanctions Framework.
f) Commitment with the ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT & MITIGATION MEASURES OF COVID-19 AF PROJECT. (See Section:8 in Particular Specifications).
