Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 8333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 25000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 8333333 ~ 25000000.

Eligibility criteria:
a)Reputed Contractors/Construction Firms who have minimum 05(five) years of general experience in Construction works.
b)Having experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of RCC building Construction works not less than amounting to Tk.60.00 lac only to in a single contract during last 5(five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. In case of the work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of the works done under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the same duly verified by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that district under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5(five) years amount of Tk.120.00 lac only. Payment certificate for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
d)The minimum amount of Liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk.23.00 lac only. Letter of Commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for Line of Credit as per form PW3-7 of Tender and Contract forms section must be submitted for this purpose.
e)The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 70.00 lac.
f)Tender security shall be Tk 2.50 lac.
g) the tenderer must posses i) Up-to-date Trade license, Income Tax certificate ii) VAT Registration certificate iii) up to date ABC category original money receipt must be enclosed with the tender v) Attested copy of documents mentioned in sl no. i to iv are to be Subm
