Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7250000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 21750000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7250000 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
The invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below:
1. The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as supplier shall be 5(Five) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Similar Goods of at least 1 (one) contract successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years, each with a value of at least TK. 66.00 [Sixty Six] Lakh under any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous/Private organization of Bangladesh, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT . In case of work done under PWD the certifying authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer. In case of work done any Govt./Semi-Govt/Autonomous/Private organization other than PWD the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer and the duly verified by the Concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been done.
3. The minimum supply of 1 (One) number of Similar Goods and related services per year in Bangladesh (Proposed brand and country of origin)
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 22.00 (Twenty Two) Lakh. Document Submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Prescribed form for Line of Credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per form PG3-8 of tender and Contract forms.
