Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 850000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2550000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 850000 ~ 2550000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
a. The intending tenderers must enclose VAT Registration certificate, up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate, up-to-date Trade Licenser, Up-to date ABC category Contractor and Supervisory License from Electric Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
b. Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have minimum 5(Five) years experience of Operation & Maintenance of (SUNNY Brand) Lift (years Counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
c. Reputed Contractors /Construction firms who have specific experience of work in successfully completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar work of (SUNNY Brand) Lift Operation, Servicing and Maintenance work in a single contract/tender with a value of at least TK. 6.00 Lac in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh within the last 5 (Five) years.
d. The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form without any alternation & must be Unconditional) of Tk. 5.00 Lac. Others formats/documents are not acceptable.
e. The tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 5 (five) years of Tk. 6.00 Lac. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. (years Counting backward from the date of publication of IFT).
f. The tender capacity is Tk. 8.00 Lac. ''Supporting documents must be submitted along with the tender as evidence, otherwise tender will be treated as non-responsive''.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
