Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 50000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 150000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 50000000 ~ 150000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tendered in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be10(Ten) years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of one number of 05(five) storied Building Construction Works with pre-cast pile foundation from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT., in a single contract of minimum value at least Tk.400.00 lakh.The work completion certificate for successful completion shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization. (Work order &completion certificate must be enclosed).
c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.500.00 lakh Total construction turnover shall be greater than .Tk.2500.00 lakh, over the last 5 (Five) years. (FY 2016-2017 to FY 2020-2021).
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 125.00 Lakh within the period of 28 days before the submission of tender(s).
e) The tenderer must have up to date ABC license, valid trade license, VAT-Registration certificate, TIN-Certificate and NID.
f) Any alteration, modification or cancellation of e-tender, no extra claim will be entitled.g) The tenderer who have not completed the work within the stipulated time in any valid reason, those contractor will not be consider as a responsive.
