Brief Description of Package: Outsourcing Recruitment of 03 (Three) Nos driver for Executive Engineer and Sub Divisional Engineer - 1 & 2 of Sunamganj PWD Division.
Tender Document Price: Tk. 1000; Tender Security: 27000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 900000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 2700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 900000 ~ 2700000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The intending tenderers must enclose VAT/BIN Registration certificate, Income Tax certificate and up-to-date Trade License.
b) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works/Supplying of Manpower as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05(Five) years.
c) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar nature (outsourcing of driver) of at least 1(one) contract successfully completed in Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh within the last 05(five) years, with a value of at least Tk. 6.00 (Six) Lacs.
d) The tenderer must have a minimum liquid assets i.e. working capital/Credit line (s) (must be in the form of PW2a-3 in original form & must be unconditional) of Tk. 9.00 (Nine) Lac. Otherwise Tenderer will be Non-responsive.
e) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 8.00 (Eight) Lacs in the last 5 (Five) years. Payment certificate for contracts (only Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization) in progress or completed must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover.
f) Driver's salary must not be less than Tk 17130/- (Ref: As per order of ministry of finance vide memo-07.153.029.07.00.01.2019-259 date- 10.6.2019 ). Otherwise Tenderer will be non-responsive.
g) Service commission must not be less than 5%. (Ref: As per order of CPTU vide memo no- 21.00.0000.363.22.992.18-143 date 17/07/2019)
h) VAT must be 15% on salary & service commission.
All other conditions as mentioned in e-TDS & PCC of e-tender document must be fulfilled.
